If you generate or hold waste oil, you are a holder — and the duties are yours.
A holder must hand waste oil to an authorised collector, keep records, and retain the documentation for each collection. (ЗУДТО чл. 48 · чл. 53(3))
What Eko Fluid provides

What is prohibited (ЗУДТО чл. 8)
- Burning waste oil outside an approved facility.
- Discharging it into drains, soil or watercourses.
- Mixing waste oils with other waste, or with each other.
Who can become an Eko Service?
Any garage that generates waste motor oil in the course of its work and wants to manage it responsibly can become an Eko Service.
Every garage is obliged to store and manage waste motor oil appropriately. Handling it correctly does more than discharge a legal duty — your garage also becomes part of protecting the environment. Becoming an Eko Service shows that you work responsibly, that you follow the correct handling of waste oil, and that you care about the environment.
